My daughter needed her first pair of glasses so we chose Optique. They have a huge selection of trendy styles and we had so much fun during the entire process. Everyone there is beyond friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating!

They are a fantastic group and so informative. I have been going to them for years. I travel to Nashville from Clarksville just for them to take care of my eyes.

I wish there was more than 5 stars. Every from start to finish was the best experience! I cannot recall the name of the gentleman that gave me the appointment but he was so kind and patient. Dr. Jeff and Max gave my grandson the most thorough eye exam. He had a brain tumor at 13 and is now 20 and was unable to pass eye exam for drivers license. They really worked that day to get him glasses to correct his vision. Dr Jeff feels he can now pass the eye exam for his license and we were shocked and thrilled. Having his license will really open his world. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I recently went to Optique Nashville for the first time and was absolutely blown away by the care, professionalism, and the selection there. Dr. Julie was truly the best Optometrist I've ever been to and I can't wait to continue going back to her! She was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. She was even able to educate me on a misdiagnosis and showed me visually how that happened so I better understood.
The receptionist, tech, and care consultants at the end were also all amazingly sweet and welcoming. It was such a quick visit! I would highly recommend coming here for your eye care

Love Optique. The eyeglasses collection as well as the providers. Have been going for years. I usually see Dr Michelle and scheduled with Dr Julie this year to get an earlier appointment. Both are thorough and top notch. I haven’t found anything in broader Nashville that comes close to comparison in terms of quality of care and customer experience.

Dr. Sonsino and his technicians have been extremely professional, kind, and proficient while fitting me with a Sclera lens to correct difficult vision problems that could not have been corrected without the Sclera lens. Everyone in the Optique Clinic has been friendly and courteous, and I can recommend them highly to anyone searching for help with difficult eye or lens problems.

After moving out of driving range of my previous eye doctor, I found Optique via my insurance company’s provider list. It was easy to make an appointment, and I was able to get in with Dr. Julie within a few weeks. I’ve been a dry eye patient for around five years now, and without a doubt Dr. Julie is the best provider I’ve worked with. She’s had next steps and ideas for further assistance ready to go for each of my appointments, and I’m in and out of the office in a reasonable amount of time each visit. They were even able to get my glasses tinted to match a pair done by a previous lab, and I’m so thankful for their assistance and kindness. I’d highly recommend Optique, and Dr. Julie in particular for patients with dry eye - thank you for being such an amazing advocate for your patients! ❤️

Superb customer service and not pushy at all. They are professional and give you your options and work with you. Receptionist James is smooth and professional. The office is warm and super clean. The process was tight and not delayed at all.

Dr. Julie was so nice and explained everything in easy to understand terms. I felt like I was speaking to a friend rather than a hurried resident. She knows her stuff but makes you feel comfortable with your concerns. Madeline handled the testing quickly and made me feel comfortable like no one I've experienced in any other office (and I am in my late 50s!!).

Jennifer handled my glasses needs and I didn't feel pressured at all. I highly recommend you visit them too. I will be back says it all. I didn't get to meet Dr. Rolly which was my only disappointment. Hopefully next time 😄

Dr. Julie Lafreniere is truly phenomenal. She explained every step of the exam clearly, answered all of my questions with patience and expertise, and made the entire process feel easy and informative. On top of that, she’s an absolute joy to work with — warm, kind, and deeply knowledgeable. As a French Canadian, she even lets me practice my French with her, which always adds a personal and fun touch to the visit.
